A guided, two-year weight loss journey — not just a monthly prescription.

Our GLP-1 / GIP program brings medical consultation, personalised diet planning, and strength-focused exercise coaching together under one roof, for the people of our own neighbourhood. We stay with you from the first screening to the day you no longer need us.

Why we built this differently

Weight loss medicine works. Left on its own, it doesn't last.

GLP-1 and GIP medicines are genuinely effective tools — but a prescription handed over once a month, with no plan for food, muscle, or the years after, rarely becomes lasting change. We built this program to close that gap.

The usual approach

  • A prescription and a "see you next month"
  • No guidance on what to eat as your appetite changes
  • Muscle and strength quietly lost along with fat
  • No plan for what happens after the medicine stops

The Sainik Farm Doctor approach

  • A physician who titrates your dose and reviews you regularly
  • A diet plan built around food you already eat, updated as you change
  • Strength training to protect muscle, bone, and independence
  • A two-year path that ends in habits, not just a lower number
The three pillars

One team, three disciplines, working from the same file.

Your physician, dietitian, and trainer plan around the same record — so your medication dose, your meals, and your workouts always reflect where you actually are.

Rx

Medical Consultation

A full screening before you begin, a physician who chooses and titrates your GLP-1 / GIP therapy, and scheduled reviews with lab monitoring throughout — so dosing stays safe as your body changes.

🍽

Dietary Planning

Practical meal plans built around dal, roti, sabzi, and the food already in your kitchen — with enough protein to protect your muscles, adjusted as your appetite and dose change over the two years.

💪

Exercise & Strength Training

Guided, age-appropriate strength and mobility sessions — because the goal is losing fat while keeping the muscle, bone strength, and independence that fast weight loss alone can quietly take away.

The two-year path

Five stages, one continuous plan.

Nobody is handed a prescription and left to figure out the rest. Here is what the two years actually look like.

Weeks 1–2
Screening & Baseline

Before any medicine is prescribed, we get a complete picture of you.

  • Full intake: medical history, current medication, and a mandatory contraindication screen
  • Baseline weight, BMI, waist circumference, and vitals
  • Blood work and other investigations your physician orders
  • A first conversation about your goals, timeline, and what support you'll need at home
Months 1–3
Induction

Medication begins at a low dose and is increased slowly, alongside the first real changes to food and movement.

  • Weekly injections, started low and titrated gradually to limit side effects
  • Weekly to fortnightly check-ins while your dose is adjusted
  • Your first personalised diet plan, built around your household's usual food
  • Gentle movement and mobility work begins, adjusted to your fitness and any limitations
Months 3–12
Active Transformation

This is where most of the visible change happens — steadily, and under supervision.

  • Monthly physician reviews with periodic lab monitoring
  • Diet plan evolves as appetite and taste preferences shift on medication
  • Strength training progresses as fitness improves, protecting lean muscle as weight drops
  • Side effects and any new symptoms are reviewed and managed at every visit
Months 12–18
Consolidation

The pace slows deliberately, so the changes have time to become habits rather than a phase.

  • Maintenance dosing once your goals are largely met
  • Diet plan shifts from "losing" to "sustaining" — same principles, more flexibility
  • Strength training becomes a standing routine, not a program
  • Family and caregivers are brought into the plan where helpful, especially for our senior patients
Months 18–24
Independence & Maintenance

Support tapers on purpose — the aim was never to keep you dependent on visits.

  • Visit frequency reduces as your results stabilise
  • A written long-term maintenance and relapse-prevention plan
  • Ongoing access to the team for the questions that come up later
  • A clear-eyed review of what happens next, on or off medication, decided together with your physician
Who this is for

Built for our own community, not a generic patient.

This program is open to adults who have struggled with their weight and want a supervised, structured way forward — including people for whom weight loss has felt especially difficult, and those who have tried diets, gyms, and other measures before without lasting success.

We give particular care and attention to our senior patients: protecting muscle and bone strength during weight loss, involving family or caregivers where useful, and adjusting the pace of the program to what is safe and comfortable at any age.

  • Adults with a history of difficulty losing or keeping off weight, including after previous attempts
  • People who want ongoing physician supervision, not a one-time prescription
  • Senior patients, with extra attention to mobility, muscle strength, and support at home
  • Anyone managing weight-related conditions such as high blood sugar, blood pressure, or joint strain
  • People who want their family involved in the plan, not kept at arm's length
How we keep it safe

No one starts medication without a thorough physician review.

Before you begin

  • A detailed intake covering your full medical history and current medication
  • A specific screen for conditions where GLP-1 / GIP therapy needs caution or isn't suitable
  • Baseline blood work and investigations ordered by your physician
  • A written consent conversation, so you understand what to expect before you start

All the way through

  • Scheduled follow-up visits — in person or by tele-consult — for the full length of the program
  • Periodic laboratory monitoring as your physician advises
  • A clear path to report side effects early, before they become bigger problems
  • Dose changes made gradually and only by your physician
Every patient completes a pre-enrolment screening questionnaire and receives a plain-language information sheet before starting treatment — both are available below, or from our team at your first visit.

Understanding Your GLP-1 / GIP Medicine

A plain-language guide to what the medicine is, how it's given, what to expect, common side effects, and warning signs to call us about immediately — with a section written specifically for our senior patients and their families.

Common questions

Before you ask, a few answers.

No — the medicine is one part of three. Every patient also gets a dietary plan and a strength-training program, reviewed and adjusted alongside the medication. Weight lost without attention to food and muscle rarely stays off.

The program is designed as a two-year arc because that's roughly how long it takes to lose weight safely, protect muscle, and turn the changes into lasting habits. You can discuss your pace and any changes to the plan with your physician at any point — you're never locked in against medical advice.

Yes — we give particular attention to older patients, including a geriatric-specific assessment, muscle and bone protection through strength training, and involving caregivers or family in the plan where that helps.

A full intake and medical screening, baseline investigations ordered by your physician, and a review to confirm the medicine is suitable and safe for you. Nothing is prescribed before that review is complete.

Your care team, directly — every patient is given clear instructions on what to report and when, including symptoms that need an immediate call rather than waiting for the next scheduled visit.

Ready to start with a conversation, not a prescription?

Book a first consultation with our physician. We'll walk through your history, answer your questions, and — only if it's right for you — begin planning your two years.
